Established by Joerg Bachmaier, a seasoned Entertainment Expert, Virtual Production Specialist, and Executive Producer, our company is dedicated to exploring the dynamic intersection of Entertainment, Gaming, VFX, and Immersive Technologies.

In partnership with MediaXchange in London, Joerg spearheaded the inaugural INTERNATIONAL VIRTUAL PRODUCTION SUMMIT in 2021, gathering VP luminaries and the global creative community. This milestone was followed by a series of Creative Exchanges and VP Workshops held during the LA SHOWRUNNER TV DRAMA EXCHANGE in Hollywood from 2022 to 2024.

Drawing from extensive experience with well-regarded companies such as Warner Bros./ Machinima, BBC Studios, CNN Int., and Endemol USA, Joerg possesses a unique ability to align creative vision, emerging trends, data insights, and funding strategies with evolving market demands in the Media & Entertainment Industry.

Notably, under his stewardship, he transformed Machinima’s Premium Content Studio into a thriving multimillion-dollar enterprise for Warner Bros.

MACHINIMA was one of the first to recognize the potential of Virtual Production techniques, leveraging video game engines for creating content as early as the late 1990s.
